Debuting in the Michelin Guide Dubai 2025 straight to three stars is FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm. The restaurant showcases the chef's creative approach to modern European cuisine, infused with Japanese influences, over a nine-course tasting menu. Sibling to the also three-Michelin-starred Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, FZN is the Swedish maestro's second eatery in Dubai after Studio Frantzén, also at Atlantis, The Palm.

Three Michelin Stars: Trésind Studio

Trésind Studio Dubai
Chef Himanshu Saini's Trèsind Studio has long been regarded one of the best restaurants in Dubai, and now has made history as the world's first Indian restaurant to be awarded three-stars. His curated degustation menus, featuring multiple dishes carefully choreographed to come in a particular order, take diners on a culinary journey that is a truly unforgettable experience.

Two Michelin Stars: Il Ristorante - Niko Romito

Il Ristorante - Niko Romito

Fine Italian cuisine is at the heart of Il Ristorante - Niko Romito – one of the proud two Michelin-star winners in Dubai. The restaurant, located at the Bulgari Hotel & Resorts, was conceptualised to showcase traditional culture through its cooking. From Parmigiano Reggiano soup to roasted langoustines salad and spaghetti with sea urchins, this eatery serves up favourites that will transport you to the scenic Italian countryside. Seafood fans will not be disappointed with the variety on offer, with the oven-baked black cod being a showstopper.

Two Michelin Stars: Row on 45

Row on 45, curated by renowned chef Jason Atherton, is a fine dining concept within City Social. Hosted in a luxury penthouse-inspired setting, the restaurant offers an intimate experience for just 22 guests. Row on 45 was awarded two Michelin stars within its first year of opening. The evening is segmented into three acts, beginning in the lounge for appetisers before moving into the main dining room, which is complemented by a state-of-the-art show kitchen. A 17-course haute cuisine menu reflects Atherton’s culinary journey and love for worldly ingredients, while each course comes with insights from the talented chefs.

Two Michelin Stars: STAY by Yannick Alléno

STAY by Yannick Alleno Dubai
STAY by Yannick Alléno features classic French dishes cooked using contemporary techniques, and a Pastry Library where desserts are custom-made. Try the impressive spit-roasted offering for two, which includes beef that's been aged for 28 days, milk-fed lamb leg and whole wild turbot. Just like the visual sensations on the plate, this dining destination at One&Only The Palm has style to spare – from the high timber walls and white pillars to the ceiling dripping with black chandeliers and intricate designs.

One Michelin Star: 11 Woodfire

World Cut Steakhouse Dubai
Located along Jumeirah Beach Road, this restaurant is chic but casual, centred around the concept of gathering around a warming fire. The culinary force behind 11 Woodfire is chef and restauranteur Akmal Anuar who showcases a menu filled with simple, natural flavours. Dishes are prepared using specialist grill techniques and different wood types. Try the wagyu kebab, seabass with hay-salted crust and tamarind, and Australian T-bone steak.

One Michelin Star: Al Muntaha

Al Muntaha
The food and views at Al Muntaha located on the 27th floor of the iconic Burj Al Arab are both top-notch – and live up to its name which means 'the ultimate'. Chef Saverio Sbaragli ensures his masterful touch is visible in every dish, with each offering being plated perfectly to take your fine dining experience to the next level. The warm salad with truffle is delicious, as is the king crab tartlet. And if you are in the mood for flavours of the sea, sample the blue lobster or sea bass with artichokes and aromatic herbs.

One Michelin Star: avatara

Avatara vegetarian dish

An exclusive curated, vegetarian degustation experience, avatara is defined as the reincarnation of soulful Indian food. Helmed by Passion F&B, the culinary masters behind The World's 50 Best lauded Trèsind and Trèsind Studio, avatara focuses on locally-farmed, seasonal ingredients, presented with panache. After starting life in the intimate space formerly occupied by Trèsind Studio at voco Hotel, the restaurant has relocated to a larger purpose-built space in Business Park 1 in Dubai Hills. The venue presents an intimate experience that sits just 30 diners a night. Each dish from the 16-course menu arrives with an explanation of the ingredients and origin, often with a personal anecdote from the chef.

One Michelin Star: Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

Heston Blumenthal
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is a Michelin-lauded restaurant not just for seasoned foodies but anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Immaculate plating and presentation for each dish only elevate the award-winning chef's offerings, like the Meat Fruit, a chicken liver parfait presented to resemble a whole mandarin. Its Atlantis The Royal outpost mirrors the same elegant, upscale ambiance as the original Knightsbridge eatery, complete with a private dining room for up to 12 guests.

One Michelin Star: Hakkasan Dubai

Hakkasan
After a successful debut around the globe, the UK-bred, Chinois-chic Hakkasan has found a home at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm hotel. Marble-topped tables, with wood and powder blue hues, are complemented with innovative Chinese cuisine with a focus on Cantonese specialities. Expect signature dishes like baskets of steamed dim sum, crispy duck pomelo salad and tea-smoked wagyu ribs alongside newer vegan and vegetarian offerings.
